All orders are shipped via UPS. Options include Ground (to select states), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air.

Orders placed by 9am EST will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding holidays. Orders received after 9am EST will be logged as received the next business day and processed within 48 hours of that order date. Due to the perishable nature of our brownies, we allow a maximum of 3 days travel time for all our shipments. Accordingly, depending on the type of UPS delivery service you select, we will hold shipments due to go out late in the week until the following Monday. If you would like to request a specific delivery date or have delivery notes, please add your request in the "Comments" section of the checkout process and we will do all we can to honor your request. Please note if we can process and ship your order sooner, we always will!

At this time, we only ship to US addresses. Currently, we are unable to ship to international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area soon.

If you provide an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We will not refund your money. If you want, we will ship new brownies at 1/2 price; however, you must pay the full price on shipment costs. If we put an incorrect address on the package, we will either refund your costs or ship a new package at no charge to you.
